About this space

This 1950s era home is on a unique property overflowing with trees & flowers. It has everything you need for an amazing FL vacation. The beautiful terrazzo floor, well equipped kitchen, large stove and outdoor Traeger BBQ make it easy to wine & dine with your family and friends. Only 5 min by car to downtown Sarasota and less than 15 to the beaches on Siesta Key or Lido. The hot tub on our screen porch lanai is great for evening soaks and my concrete halfpipe is perfect for those in the gnar.

The space

This is my personal home and I live here with my family most of the year. It’s available for rental on Airbnb when we are traveling in Japan.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Other things to note

We have a TV but it is only used for Internet TV (Netflix and YouTube TV). We also have 30a EV charging available outside using a standard 30A dryer plug (see photos).
